JEH Growth Strategies, LLC is committed to conducting all continuing education (CE) activities in a professional, ethical, and equitable manner and to fully considering any grievance a participant may raise. This policy describes how to file a complaint and the steps that will be taken to resolve it.
For CE programs offered for credit to psychologists, CE sponsorship is provided through CUE Management Solutions, LLC, an approved sponsor of continuing education for psychologists by the American Psychological Association (APA). This grievance policy applies to those programs as well.
Scope
This policy covers grievances arising from any CE program offered by JEH Growth Strategies, LLC, including concerns related to:
- Program content, learning objectives, or the quality of instruction
- An instructor or presenter
- The award or documentation of CE credit
- Facilities, technology, or accessibility, including requests for accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act
- Registration, fees, or the refund/cancellation policy
- Any conduct a participant believes to be discriminatory, unethical, or inconsistent with these standards
How to File a Grievance
Participants are encouraged to submit grievances in writing so that the concern can be documented and addressed accurately. Grievances may be directed to:

To help resolve the matter promptly, please include:
- Your name and preferred contact information
- The name and date of the program
- A description of the concern
- The resolution or outcome you are seeking
Grievances may also be raised verbally by phone; a written summary will be prepared to ensure the concern is documented and tracked.
How Grievances Are Handled
- Acknowledgment. Receipt of a written grievance will be acknowledged within five business days.
- Review. The CE Program Administrator will review the concern, gather any relevant information, and, where appropriate, consult with the instructor or other parties involved.
- Resolution. A reasonable and equitable resolution will be sought, typically within 30 days of acknowledgment. Depending on the nature of the grievance, resolutions may include providing additional or corrected program materials or information, offering an alternative program or CE credit where warranted, issuing a partial or full refund of program fees, taking corrective action with an instructor, arranging appropriate accommodations, or referring the matter to the relevant authority.
- Communication. The participant will be kept informed of the status of the grievance and notified of the outcome.
Confidentiality and Records
Grievances are handled discreetly, and information is shared only with those who need it to resolve the matter. A record of each grievance and its resolution is maintained for at least three years.
