Treatment Based in Science

I use science-based, cognitive and behavioral therapies such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help people with sleep problems (insomnia, sleepiness, trouble using CPAP) and anxiety (worry, panic, OCD, phobias). I only use treatments that have been proven effective through psychological science.

I also apply the science of Positive Psychology to help people identify what’s most important to them, plan effective change strategies, harness your strengths to develop the motivation for change, and support you as you take each step toward a better life.
